12 Days of Christmas Workout

Beast of a workout to burn off any extra Christmas calories! Work your way through this Crossfit style workout and see if you can still walk at the end!

Complete 1 deadlift; then 2 pull ups and 1 deadlift; then 3 RDL's, 2 pull ups and 1 deadlift... etc all the way to 12 ring pull ups and back down again!

Weights can be scaled up or down to suit, and exercises can be regressed/progressed or swapped for others.

Any time under 30 mins is good... under 25 and you're an animal! Write your time in the comments box below.
